Privacy

This site is a free referral guide run by Sooner Services, not a pool builder. This page explains what happens to the information you send us.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: your name, phone, optional email, ZIP code, city, pool type, budget range, timeline, fence status and any notes. We do not ask for financial account numbers, Social Security numbers or anything similar, and you should not put them in the notes.

How it is used

Quote requests are shared with one or more local pool builders so they can contact you about your project. Those companies are independent businesses with their own privacy practices. We do not sell your information to data brokers. Correction notes are used only to fix the site.

Form processing

Submissions are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which relays them to us by email. FormSubmit has its own privacy terms.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no ad trackers. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability.

How long we keep it

We keep request emails only as long as needed to pass them on and handle follow-up questions.

Removal

Email pracenterprises@gmail.com to have your request deleted from our records. We will also tell you which companies it was shared with, so you can ask them too.

Questions

Questions about this page or how your request was handled can go to the same email address. We read every message. If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page, and it will apply only to requests sent after the change.
